LGBTQ+ Society
The UCD LGBTQ+ Society is a student society aimed at engaging the LGBTQ+ community on campus. Through a wide range of events, services, and campaigns we aim to offer every member of our society the opportunity to enjoy themselves, to learn and understand more about the LGBTQ+ community, and to be there to support anyone who may need it.
For many LGBTQ+ students, college is their first opportunity to feel comfortable exploring their identity. Many students have been closeted for years waiting for the opportunity to come out, and many only start to discover and explore their identity when they arrive at college. We’re open to all students, whether you’re only now questioning your identity, or whether you’ve been out for decades.
