    We invite all UCD Employees, Students, and Alumni to participate in Elmer Dixon’s lecture in UCD, an event that it is part of the Black History Month in October. We will be delighted to hear an introductory address from Dr Ebun Joseph, Diversity and Race Relations Consultant, Module Coordinator and Lecturer, Black Studies at University College Dublin

      The lecture and Die Standing book reading will take place on 5th October at 1:30pm in the UCD Village Auditorium. Please note that registration for the event is required.
    Elmer Dixon is the co-founder of the Seattle Chapter of the Black Panther Party and now President of Executive Diversity Services. Elmer Dixon is a highly respected figure in the struggle for freedom and justice, having dedicated his life to defending the rights of the oppressed. He is a sought-after speaker and consultant in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion, having worked with companies, government agencies and educational institutions around the
    world.
    There will be an opportunity to purchase autographed copies of DIE STANDING at this event.
