    The Role of Urban Gardens in Pollinator Conservation' An Evening Lecture presented by Dr. Jane Stout in the National Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre this Thursday @ 7:30pm. Meet us outside UCD Ag building at 5:30pm and we will get the 11 bus to Glasnevin together. Otherwise meet us at the visitor centre of Botanic Gardens at 7:30pm. Dr Jane Stout of Trinity College Dublin will explain how bee and hoverfly decline has stimulated widespread concern and actions, public and private, to conserve pollinators. This talk will address the challenges to pollinator conservation in urban areas, discuss current research both in Ireland and elsewhere, and introduce guidelines developed by the All Ireland Pollinator Plan. Come show your support and learn how YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE to increasing our Pollinator Populations! Afterwards we will BUZZ over to the local pub for a couple scooops
