As you may be aware October is breast cancer awareness month. Thousands of women are diagnosed with breast cancer in Ireland each year, and a handful of men too. NAMSOC is hosting a bake sale in order to raise money for Breast Cancer research and Breast Cancer Ireland. All proceeds fr0m the bake sale will go to these charities. Cancer is a sensitive topic for many people so if you need support throughout this month, the NAMSOC committee is here to help out. Also if you're a SNMHS student and you need someone to talk to you can contact our student advisor, and senior treasurer of NAMSOC, Anna Scully ( Anna.scully@ucd.ie).
Come along to our bake sale, on Wednesday from 2pm - 3:30pm, outside the Health Science library.
