Thursday's Clinical Talk will be given by none other than Natasha Mitchell, 'The Eye Vet' in Room VET115 at 7pm. Natasha is one of the few recognised specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology here in Ireland. Natasha will be discussing the common conditions we are presented with involving the eyes, across all species (large and small!). She will use case examples and discuss how to diagnose and treat these conditons in practice and all the all important question of when to refer. This promises to be a great talk, especially for fourth years studying ophthalmology, and for final years as revision. Natasha has been practising ophthalmology since 2002, working solely in this field today. She is based at Crescent Veterinary Clinic and also travels to Cork and Galway once a month seeing eye cases. She is also an experienced equine ophthalmologist. Natasha holds the RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Ophthalmology. This talk is kindly sponsored by Zoeitis, who will have freebies on the night! Free tea, coffee, biscuits and pizza as always :)
