UCD Dance is delighted to have Siubhan Geery Clark all the way from Philadelphia to deliver a soothing and mindfulness-centred yoga/meditation session on Monday at 7pm - what a great way to start the week! Yin Yoga is a still and passive practice. Focusing on longer holds, Yin Yoga encourages the connective tissue to release, enhancing the natural range of mobility in the joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility across the entire body. We will close this quiet and meditative practice with a mindfulness meditation to help you let go and release stress and tension.
