    Whats About

Join us on 4th-5th November 2022 for our overnight domestic trip to Belfast! We will be leaving Connolly station at 9;30 am to get the train to Belfast, meeting at approximately 9am beforehand. Once arriving in Belfast we will have some free time to eat/get our bearings before our tour of City Hall at 230pm. After our tour we will be heading over to Titanic quarter at 410 to visit the Titanic museum and its sister ship the Nomadic. On the Saturday morning, after checking out of our accommodation, we will be heading to Crumlin Road Gaol at 11am, where we will have a tour of the premises followed by a bi-yearly Troubles Walking Tour. This tour will entail a guided walk through the Shankill road, the loyalist area of Belfast, alongside an ex-UVF prisoner, who was contained in the Gaol for war crimes. The tour then continues through the Falls road, where we will be accompanied by an ex-IRA prisoner, who also spent time in the Gaol. The tour will end at the International Peace Wall where we will be informed about the Good Friday Agreement and the process in which it took to get to that level of peace in Northern Ireland. After a lunch break, we will then visit the Ulster Museum, at approximately 3;45, which will be our final event of the trip. After dinner and free time we will then head back to the Europa, where our train departs at 20;05.
