    Event Description

    Need a little breather as we delve into week 4 of college? Put aside a few minutes of the day to come along to our "Meditation Workshop - How to Manage Stress Through the College Semester". Open to everyone, this short session will give you tips and tricks on grounding yourself, breathing techniques, and meditation. We will also do a short meditation session at the end to give you a taster!
