To celebrate Green Week in UCD, we are partnering up with UCD BioSoc! TV Chef Adrian Martin will be doing a cooking demonstration on how to reduce food waste. Come along to UCD Student Centre Atrium where you can learn how to cook up some tasty meals while helping the environment. Seeing as 1/3 of all food consumed in Ireland is wasted (amounting to about 700 euro per household a year) we feel fairly passionate about this topic, and hope you guys might be too!
