Day trip time! UCD Geography Society, UCD Archaeology Society, and UCD History Society are visiting one of Ireland's most iconic relics along with. Newgrange is5,200-year-old passage tomb located in the Boyne Valley in Donore, County Meath. The deposit required to go on the trip is only €15, which includes not only the bus, tour and entrance to the museum and site, but it also includes lunch once there. You can pay your deposit to any of the three societies at their stands during Refreshers day on the 31st of January, or alternatively at one of these times: Tuesday 30/01 between 1 and 3 pm in An Cuas Tuesday 30/01 from 6 pm in Newman K115 (at the History Society event) Thursday 01/02 between 5 - 7 pm in K217 (at the Geography Society event) Thursday 01/02 from 5 pm in Ardmore Annex, in the seminar room (at the Archaeology Society event)
