Please join us for an hour of Mindfulness and breathing exercises to start the new semester. well, be going over some very useful skills and tools to help create a safe, nurturing mental space for ourselves to help combat stress and anxiety. all are welcome and we strongly encourage incoming first years and returning students to attend! We'll be in the blue room of the old Student Centre at 2:30 on Wednesday with UCDs very own educational entertainer as a guest Speaker!
