IS IRELAND FAILING UKRAINE? Join us Wednesday the 23rd of November at 6pm to discuss whether or not we think Ireland has done all that they can or fallen short of what should be expected. Ireland has remained firmly committed to neutrality throughout the war in Ukraine but has this come at the cost of supporting Ukraine? Michael Martin had said that there has been an “extraordinary response” from Irish people to take in Ukrainian refugees but there are also concerns about a rise in anti-immigrant sentiment. With speakers such as Yvonne Judge from the Ukrainian Civil Society and Colette Bennett Social Justice Ireland, it’s sure to be a great debate. As always, we have a reception afterwards
