Thursday's Clinical Talk will be given by Suzanne Stewart. Suzanne will discuss the dreaded colic call; from the initial steps you should take when you arrive to when you should refer. Suzanne works as an Equine Surgeon in Troytown GreyAbbey. This is an important talk for 3rd years studying GIT, and final years before exams and will take place in Room 115 at 7pm. Suzanne graduated from UCD in 2007 and completed an internship upon graduating in Marion Du Pont Scott Equine Center, in Virginia. She then completed a comparative orthopaedic research fellowship for two years and then completed an equine surgery residency in the University of Pennsylvania. For two years, she worked as an emergency surgeon in UPenn, following by one year in Dubai Equine Hospital. Suzanne is now a surgeon in Troytown. This talk is kindly sponsored by Gain Feeds.
