Starting off Workshops Week not with a bang but with some calming relaxing yoga we have our Yoga and Wellness Class! Our lovely instructor Veronika will be taking you through breathing exercises, yin and flow yoga and an ending meditation. Even if Yoga isn't your thing you'll definitely come away from the class with something that'll help you throughout college. No equipment required but you're highly recommended to bring a yoga mat if you have one and to wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in.
