Join us for some relaxing yoga (suitable for all levels) with Valerie as part of Healthy Eating Week this Thursday the 10th @10 a.m in the Harmony studio (upstairs of new student centre). We will have fresh juices from The Raw Juice Company for all attendees after also! This event is open to all students on campus so make sure to spread the word! Valerie has taught yoga and pilates for over 20 years so there's no better teacher :)
