We will be welcoming Eoghan Hickey lead performance nutritionist with Leinster Rugby back to UCD on Wednesday the 16th @3:15 in the Red Room. You'll learn about the Leinster approach to nutrition from plate to performance as well as how to enter a career in sports nutrition and more! There will also be a Q & A session at the end so make sure to tune in.
