Freshers Week 2021 & Event Guide
UCD Freshers Week is Ireland’s largest student festival. With over 80 societies to join and a ton of events there really is something for everyone. This year Freshers Week runs from Monday September 21 to Friday October 1.
Students can join societies for free at societies.ucd.ie and take part in one of our virtual or in-person events (on and off campus)! During the year, as normal levels of activity resume, some societies may request a membership fee (€2), while others will be free for the whole year.
You can chat to Societies online between 12:00 and 14:00 everyday. Or just log in and join 24/7!!
